Several years ago, at a Stoney Pocket concert here on Pender, I watched in awe as Daniel Lapp became one with the music he played. I’d seen him do that before, and always, the effect was electrifying. His music moved from his hands through his fiddle around the field and into the audience. Fiddler in a Blue Fedora is my attempt to share the exhilaration of that experience.
